Alexis Andrews is a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. Before obtaining her Coaching Certification from the nationally recognized Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Alexis started her career in Real Estate Sales working for two of Los Angeles’ Top Real Estate Teams. As a lead agent, who prioritized personal growth and development, she quickly rose through the ranks. In five years, Alexis became the Director of Coaching and Training for one of the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends Top Ranked Teams in the Nation. Through that experience, she learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as well as the meaningful impact of each individuals’ unique gifts. It was through her own coaching and training journey as an agent and director that her love for coaching started to grow and evolve.
Alexis knew she had a passion for helping others make significant changes in their lives to reach their full potential and she believed it didn’t have to be a struggle. As a wife, mother, daughter, friend, and business owner, she realizes the “Work, Health, Life” balance isn’t easy, but it is achievable. Her work centers around helping others find what works best for them based on what they value most and offers a supportive, safe, and judgment free environment to explore what is possible.
